This might be the first, tenth, or the fiftieth time you’ve tried to lose weight and get healthy. Sure, things didn’t work last time, or the time before that, or even the time before that…but things are going to be different this time, right?

My name is Paul Cardall (aka Crafty) and I will be 54 on the 23rd of July 2018. For the first time ever, I'm starting to feel my age, and I don't like it. I've come to realise that if I don't start taking care of my body now, it won't be there for me when I need it later. So I'm setting myself a challenge.
Every month, I will create a new workout challenge, beginning with a workout that doesn't require any equipment and can be performed just about anywhere. I've also added a little twist of my own, hence the 'Crafty' part, perform 20 exercises, for one minute each
